Eugene Ipkarnak (B. 1939) is an Inuit artist from Iqaluit, NU. In his work, he mostly depicts traditional Inuit life on the land. His intricate scenes are mostly carved out of stone, instead of ivory and bone.

He is also credited with the role of Sauri, the chief in the 2001 film Atanarjuat: The Fast Runner.
