Eegeesiak (Ejesiak) Shoo is a highly skilled Inuit artist with roots in Iqaluit, Nunavut. His journey into the world of art began in his formative years, as he started sculpting during his early adolescence under the tutelage of his father.

Throughout his career, Shoo has remained dedicated to portraying traditional Inuit subjects in his artwork. He is known for his exquisite depictions of a variety of Arctic animals and scenes inspired by shamanic traditions, particularly drum dancers.

Shoo’s dedication to his craft led him to further refine his skills by sculpting under the mentorship of Toonoo Sharky (RCA), a renowned artist in the Inuit community. Under Sharky’s guidance, Shoo was able to deepen his understanding of sculpting techniques and broaden his artistic horizons.
